Sometimes I hear the question, "Why would anyone want to bring kids into this world?" As I meditate on that question I see a glaring assumption: This is all there is. If that assumption were true, it would be crazy to bring kids into this world. But rejoice! It is not true! The Lord Jesus Christ is risen! There is so much more! There is a God who sent his Son to die for you and me, his enemies! There is hope because of the resurrection for change! (Pray for President Obama.) God is in control working ALL things for the good those who love him!
If we hear this question again let's rejoice and proclaim the hope of the resurrection.
